Team closed early stage impact funding, enabling increased internal team commitments to shift to the next stage of building the business.

Actions

I mapped internal information flow patterns across a decentralized and asynchronous team, which surfaced gaps of knowledge and awareness. I raised these constraints to the entire team, including leadership, catalyzing a positive internal re-engagement process that restored the team’s focus on its impact mission. This opened a connection to funders in the impact investment space.
